Most Popular Restaurant Recipes/How Can You Get Them

Posted on | September 4, 2011 | Comments Off on Most Popular Restaurant Recipes/How Can You Get Them

What’s the point of acquiring the most popular restaurant recipes? There are some reasons you should consider.

First of all, when you get these recipes, you, obviously, have tasted the dish at the restaurant so you know how it tastes. This is a big thing. If you’re a cook, you know that a majority of the recipes you get are experimental. You have to try it and the big test is whether your family likes it or not. Generally, you know what your family likes. So having the testing out of the way makes it easier on you.

Secondly, and probably more importantly, you know that you save a lot of money when you cook as opposed to eating out. The fact that you can get a restaurant quality meal at home makes it well worth the time and effort.

Your bank account will thank you.

Third, how many hours have you wasted in line waiting for a table? You could have cooked many meals in that time. So time saving may or may not be true when eating out.

The problem is getting these recipes. Restaurants can be quite secretive about their methods and recipes. I got one snuck out of the vault and I’m going to give it to you.

Holiday Mimosa

6 Tbs Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur

2 Tbs granulated sugar

1 bottle chilled Champagne

1 cup fresh orange juice

Pour the Grand Marnier in a small bowl.

Put the sugar in a saucer. Dip the rims of Champagne glasses first in Grand Marnier, then in the sugar to form a crust. Fill each Champagne glass with three parts Champagne and 1 part orange juice.
