Cutting all the foods that you love from your diet is not the secret to weight loss. It’s learning how to cook these foods in a healthier way.Lowering the amount of fat that you consume the main force behind weight loss. If you can cut the amount of fat in your diet you’re on your way to weight loss. One way to continue eating the foods you love is to substitute some of the hype that ingredients to cook with, with free or low fat alternatives.

You can eat meat

Oil and butter

If you have to use cooking oil, choose canola oil or olive oil over regular vegetable oil. Using butter undeniably adds flavor to your dishes, but flavor can be at it in other ways. As an example, with egg dishes, you can use all kinds of herbs and spices to experiment to give them more flavor. And when you cook rice in fat-free chicken broth, you will not miss the taste of butter, it will taste delicious.

Cream and milk

many of the dishes you make call for milk will work just as good fat-free milk as they did with whole milk. You can substitute fat-free evaporated milk for dishes that call for heavy cream. You can substitute reduced fat cheese for making those delicious cheesecakes.

Replacing some of the ingredients with healthier alternatives for some of your favorite dishes, will make it easier for you to stick to your weight loss plan.
